  • One of the huge event in Japanese Veterinary sphere were held in Osaka on October 17~19. This year we participated in the Annual Meeting of the Animal Clinical Medical Association, held at the Osaka International Convention Center, where we arranged a luncheon seminar devoted to PinfenonS (Pycnogenol), celebrating 15 years since its development.

     

    The seminar was related to:
    – “Efficacy study of combination therapy with Pinfenon S® in mitral regurgitation of dogs”
    Professor Hiroshi Koie, Nihon University Veterinary Physiology Laboratory.
    -“Pycnogenol® wide evidence of multifunctional materials”
    Dr. Jeff Michael Strong, Academic Director, Hofer Research, Inc.

     

    Heart disease and mitral regurgitation is getting very common  among the dogs! Nowadays All Veterinarians of the world are trying to find a solution for such global disease. This time a veterinary cardiologist professor from Nihon University had a lecture on “A study of efficacy of polyphenols (contain Pycnogenol®) in combination therapy of mitral valve insufficiency in dogs”, during the seminar specific clinical trial data on ANP measurement was represented.
