(The problem)
Mitral valve insufficiency, coughing

●Message of November 21, 2007

Our dog Muku turned 17 in October.

Around the year before last, he was diagnosed as having mitral valve insufficiency and a bad liver and has been taking medicine even since.

Around the beginning of this September, he began coughing and seemed in such distress that our family lost many nights of sleep.
There was a time when we even considered having him euthanized.
The vet added a diuretic and a cardiac stimulant to the medicine he had been taking.

It was then that I found "Scarecrow" on the Internet and immediately bought some Pinfenon.
I gave him 2 pills in the morning and 2 at night daily, and after about a month, his coughing completely went away.

The entire family are beside themselves with joy.
Thank you so much.

I am still giving him Pinfenon and am wondering if it would be all right to start reducing the dosage. Would you please advise me about this?
