Mr. Okawa,
Thank you for replying so promptly.

I am very grateful for the consideration shown in your prompt response.

After we ran out of Pinfenon, she completely lost the ability to walk, and because of that,
she developed bed sores. I was treating them, but then this week, she lost her appetite and stopped opening one of her eyes. I have rushed her to the hospital several times in the middle of the night.
Mentally, she is still all right, but she is now sleeping for less than 3 hours and has lost a lot of strength.

I suddenly remembered reading that Pinfenon was good for skin disease and dry eyes, so I hastened to order some from you, using my cell phone on the way to work. However, since that didn't go through, I tried ordering again after reaching the company where I work.

I have been so tired lately that my mind isn't working right, but now that I calmly think back on it, I have a feeling that various things began to go wrong after I ran out of Pinfenon.

It's not that she was in great health while taking it, but I think it was helping her to maintain her condition.

It has only been 2 days since she became unable to open one of her eyes, and I hope so much that Pinfenon will be in time to help her.

I will be very happy if it also helps to treat the pressure sores.
Anyway, my poor dog is suffering because of my carelessness.

She is already accustomed to taking it, so when it arrives, I plan to start right out giving her a large dose. Would it be all right to give her 4 or 5 pills?

I will keep on patiently treating the pressure sores, and I hope that at least she will become able to open her cute eye.

I will be eagerly waiting for the Pinfenon to come.
