Mr. Okawa,
Thanks for your help.

This is from ○○. I ordered Pinfenon in mid-April.
These are my impressions after giving it to my dog for about a month.
I haven't seen much of a change in her condition, either for better or worse.

Still, considering her condition, the important thing is that she not become worse; so in that sense, I think Pinfenon has helped.

Thanks to you, she is able to get through the day peacefully, without being in pain or getting exhausted.

Only, she does still suffer from dehydration, cause unknown, and her weight continues to drop. Now it is down to 6.9㎏.

The vet says that if it goes below 6.5, the only thing to do is to insert a tube and force-feed directly into her stomach.
I am hoping that somehow she will hold up, so there is something I would like to ask now, while sending my next order.

Should I keep on giving her Pinfenon and try increasing the amount?

Or would Eferin be better?
There is an explanation of Eferin on your home page; but there isn't too much detail about what it does, so I don't understand too well.
Which supplement is best for increasing the appetite and strength?

I can't help wondering if earthworm protein might help; it seems to be nutritious ...
Or should I give her both?

Her condition could go either way, so please give me some advice.
