Hana's story -- No.1

Hana is 16 years old.
This is a journal her owner kept of their fight against disease.

It makes one cry.

I have felt the same way myself.

◎Mixed breed (medium-sized dog), female, 16 years old, 7.2 kg

Being desperate to help my beloved dog, who is suffering from old age and physical problems of unknown origin, I was searching through all kinds of sites and blogs and came across your company's home page.

I am writing you for some information about your product.

Around the beginning of February last year, our beloved dog Hana suddenly became unable to get up, and now she is bed-ridden.

She is weak due to dehydration, and we don't know what is causing it. Blood tests show that she is anemic and her liver functions have bad values.

In particular, her red blood cell count is extremely low, and--could it be because of her bad liver?--it is very hard to draw blood from her. The vet said her blood is thick.

Since becoming confined to her bed, she has greatly weakened, and now her weight, which used to be 24 kg, is down to 7.2 kg. The vet says that if it falls below 7 kg, her life will be in danger.

I could understand this, if we knew the cause; but as it is, I take her every other day for an IV infusion, and I am feeling the limitations of what the hospital can do to treat her.
While investigating to see what to do, I became interested in natural healing power and supplements that build up the individual's immune system.

According to your company's home page, your supplement helps with immune-mediated anemia, which thins the blood, but can you tell me whether or not it would help with a type of anemia in which the red blood cell count is down, but the blood, rather than being thin, is thicker?

It is said that it has the effect of helping with platelet coagulation, but is that a helpful effect when the blood is thick?

As we don't have the name of a specific disease, don't know the cause, and so on, my explanation may not be adequate, but I would appreciate it if you would give me your thoughts as to the above.

Please help me. My dog's condition is dangerous.
