I would like to buy some Pinfenon. Would you please send it to me?

I was shown a pamphlet about Pinfenon at a pet shop in my neighborhood, and I am eager to give it to my dog.

He is a nine-year-old male Pomeranian and is under the care of a veterinarian.
He is taking 4 kinds of medicine, but at times he has symptoms like those of myocardial infarction, and since the beginning of this year he has been in a precarious condition several times.

He has been coughing every day lately; and when he can't stop coughing, another myocardial infarction occurs. I have been giving him cough medicine every day.

The vet says that this disease is incurable and that there is nothing to do but prevent him from getting excited and keep him from going outside when it's hot.

The explanation says that the daily dosage of Pinfenon for a dog that weighs 8 kg is usually 2 pills once a day, but is it all right for a dog that only weighs 3 kg to take the same amount?
I would appreciate some information about this.

Coco - Pomeranian, 9 years old, male, weight: 3 kg
He is taking 2.5 mg of Enacard and 3 other medicines.

~From us~

From what you have told us about his present condition,
this may sound to you like too many pills, but we think that it would be good to start with 1 in the morning and 2 at night, 3 in all.

First of all, see if he will swallow the Pinfenon pills just as they are.

If he can't do that, please crush the pills and mix them into his food.
Another way to get them into him is to dissolve them in water and make ice cubes for him to lick.
It's all right for him to take Pinfenon with his medicine.

If he will take the Pinfenon by itself, start him on 1 pill a day and gradually increase the amount as his body becomes accustomed to it.

Be especially careful not to miss the evening dose. The reason is that the immunity tends to be weaker during sleep, and Pinfenon acts to protect the cells of the body.

Pinfenon works by providing a gradual, but thorough treatment, rather than trying to produce an immediate effect such as might be brought about by a drug; so please do your best for 3 months.

With the present state of medicine, it is difficult to completely cure mitral valve insufficiency, but we hope that Pinfenon will relieve his condition, even if only slightly.

If you feel that his symptoms are lessening a bit, it's all right to gradually cut down on the dosage.

Please also keep us informed as to his condition.

Please take good care of him.

~From Coco's owner~

This is a nine-year-old male Pomeranian, and when his cough gets bad, his heart starts to fail. From January to May of this year, he nearly died 7 or 8 times.
However, I learned about Pinfenon from you in June, and have been giving it to him every day, putting in water, giving it to him with other medicines; and since then his heart has not given out a single time.

He still has that cough, but with the help of a cough medicine, he is managing to keep alive.

I am grateful for what Pinfenon has done for him.

Thank you.
