Will Pinfenon help with a stubborn case of cardiac enlargement?

●Problem of April 10, 2006
I am presently giving her an ACE inhibitor. She is not experiencing any side effects, so I would like to give her Pinfenon along with the medicine, but would that be all right?
She has weak skin and a change in diet improved it to some extent. However, she does have frequent itching and because she experiences side effects from steroids, I am thinking of ordering Pinfenon to build up her health without relying on medicine.
Pug, female, 7 years old, 8 kg, cardiac enlargement (It seems that her heart is quite a bit enlarged, but I don't think it has ever caused her to collapse. She has been taking an ACE inhibitor for about a year.)
I would appreciate your help.

As she has an enlarged heart, she takes an ACE inhibitor (ACEWORKER) every day.
(At present, she doesn't cough much and doesn't have any symptoms to speak of.)
I often give her antibiotics because her skin is weak and often itches.
I can't give her steroids because of their side effects, so the condition won't go away.
※I have previously given her one bottle of Pinfenon.
