I was giving him/her 2 pills of Pinfenon, but the effects were not quite what I expected, so now I am giving him/her 3.

Now that we know his/her present condition, we think it would be best to give him/her 4 pills a day--2 in the morning and 2 at night.
Please be especially careful not to forget the evening dose.
The reason for this caution is that the immune system tends to weaken during sleep, and this is a way to protect the cells of the body.
You should not expect to see the immediate kind of results that might be achieved using drugs; rather, take a long view of the treatment and stick to it patiently and carefully for three months.
