Pug with mast cell tumor - Able to walk a bit!

My beloved dog is a female Pug, an old lady who turned sixteen this month.

She lost the sight in one eye in a traffic accident when she was ten months old.

At seven, she was operated on for a uterine infection.

At nine, she had cataracts.

At ten, she was operated on for a mast cell tumor.

At thirteen, the tumor came back, and she was operated on again.

At fifteen, she had another operation.

In November of the year she turned sixteen, she had yet another operation due to a recurrence of the mast cell tumor.

At present, it has spread to her lymph glands and is being treated with chemotherapy.

Since last year, her legs have been weak and she was barely able to walk, but thanks to my giving her things such as shark cartilage, glucosamine, and propolis, she became able to walk again.
However, as soon as she began chemotherapy after her operation in November, she completely lost the ability to walk.

X-rays taken at the pet hospital showed that a bone in her neck was crushed.
Apparently due to her having arthritis in her legs, no matter how many times I take her outside, it is hard to get her to urinate even twice, although she used to urinate five times a day.
She completely lost her hearing about three years ago, and she cannot see at all.

I got to know ○○○ of Yokohama in connection with the Pugs and the mast cell tumor issue, and we became email friends. I saw something on your home page about Pinfenon helping a pet to regain its health and asked ○○○ about it, and he/she said, "I'm sure it will work! Why don't you try it?"

At any rate, my dog is old and has had to fight too many illnesses, so I am not too confident that anything can help, but she still has an appetite, and though she pants in a very uncomfortable way, I want to make my dear brave dog, "Alice," as comfortable as I can.

Please, do you have any good advice for me?

~From us~

How is she doing these days? We would be delighted if the supplement has been helping her even a little, lessening her pain and improving her breathing.

~From ○○Alice~

Hello, Just as Okawa-san advised me, I gave her three pills in the morning and three at night. (I was worried that it might be too many, but...)
I was amazed when she stood up on the third day.

She took two or three steps...but then--perhaps it hurt?--she cried out and sat down.
Since then she hasn't walked at all, possibly because she doesn't feel like it. She has no appetite; for fifteen years I have been buying food from the animal hospital and giving it to her.

She had been happy to eat boiled vegetables along with it, but after I gave her things like chicken breast tenders and beef as something that would really taste good, she refused to eat the sort of food I had been giving her up till then.

It is proving to be a real battle.

Alice is not having chemotherapy any more, as it was not helping her. To tell the truth, I don't know whether or not the Pinfenon is helping. She had an operation two weeks ago to remove a cancerous mast cell tumor.

I can't tell if it is due to having quit taking anti-cancer drugs, or thanks to Pinfenon, but she is now sleeping better than she had been. I am thinking of keeping on a little longer with the Pinfenon.

I am hoping for good results and will let you know what happens. I would appreciate your continued assistance.
